5 Reasons your not changing your body shape

False beliefs. 


Our beliefs shape our behaviour. 


If we believe something to be good for us


we move towards it,


If we believe something to be bad for us,


we move away from it.


The problem is most of our beliefs are formed before we are 6.


When we are children we percieve things and situations through childs eyes which can leave us with a scewed view of reality and how the world works.


The more we can leave these beliefs behind the more we can choose behaviours based on who we are today,
