Time is a funny thing.
When we say we don’t have time,
What we are really saying is;
X is not as important as Y.
It’s no wonder our health suffers.
We don’t have time to rest,
to work out,
to eat well.
Imagine if you told people you don’t have time to look after your child,
we would say this is gross neglect
and if you got reported you could lose the child.
The same happens to your body.
When you neglect it, you lose your health.
Nature reclaims it.
Even if all you do is set aside 5minutes to rest your body will greatly appreciate this.
Write a list of what is important to you.
Then MAKE time to give it attention.
