The 80% Diet

80/20?

60/40?

50/50?

I confess I’m running at about 70/30 of where I want to be.

A simple method to tackle food for toning health energy and prosperity

is to eat the right sorts of foods about 80% of the time.

You can tone, be healthy, make progress and prosper eating the right foods 80% of the time.

If you want faster results go to 90% for a short period or even 100% for an even shorter time.

But imagine how you would look and feel if you ate 80% well for a year.

If you want to figure out which foods are ‘right’ for you try this;

draw a line down the middle of a sheet of paper.

On one side, right all the foods you believe to be good for you and support your health goals and values.

On the other side, all the foods you know that don’t support you plus any foods that make you feel all icky inside!

Then aim to eat foods from your ‘good side’ most of the time.

Eating habits are a complex and multifaceted topic so I know this is very simplistic.
