How it works;
Once your goal has been agreed,
Your coach will set you up with a plan and give you all the tools advice and recommendations you need to achieve them. Then, once every fortnight you will have a 30minute check in session either on skype or in person where you will discuss your progress and make any changes necessary to keep you on track.
